安德魯-斯蒂爾博士是世界資源研究所（WRI）現(xiàn)任主席和首席執(zhí)行官，同時(shí)擔(dān)任環(huán)保部中國(guó)環(huán)境與發(fā)展國(guó)際合作委員會(huì)的特聘外方顧問(wèn)委員。斯蒂爾博士歷任世界銀行全球氣候變化特使及氣候策略基金聯(lián)合主席、世界銀行環(huán)境局局長(zhǎng)、英國(guó)國(guó)際發(fā)展部主任，在國(guó)際可持續(xù)發(fā)展、氣候變化談判、氣候投資管理、環(huán)境發(fā)展創(chuàng)新等方面享有國(guó)際聲譽(yù)。斯蒂爾博士擁有英國(guó)劍橋大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)博士學(xué)位。

Dr. Andrew Steer is the President and CEO of the World Resources Institute, and a member of the China Council for International Cooperation on Environment and Development (CCICED). In earlier years, Andrew held several senior posts at national governments and international organizations, including Special Envoy for Climate Change and Director of the Environment Department of World Bank, and Director General at the UK Department of International Development (DFID). Dr. Andrew Steer enjoys high international prestige in aspects of sustainable development, climate change negotiations, climate investment management, innovative environmental development and so on. He received his PhD in economics at Cambridge University.
